quality assurance requirements, including ISO ****, MIL I ****, and ANSI Z540. Traceability must be maintained from the material to all required objective
quality evidence (OQE). Final delivery of material is due 186 days after the submission of all certification data (CDRLs) 20 days prior to delivery. The contractor must maintain adequate records of all inspections and tests. The records must indicate the nature and number of observations made, the number and type of deficiencies found, the quantities approved and rejected and the nature of corrective action taken as appropriate. The suppliers gages, measuring and test equipment must be made available for use by the government representative when required to determine conformance with contract requirements. When conditions warrant, the suppliers personnel must be made available for operations of such devices and for verification of their accuracy and condition. All documents and reference data applicable to this contract must be available for review by the government representative.
