Upon receipt of a task order, the contractor shall deliver the items specified to CONUS and/or OCONUS locations within the number of days specified on the task order. Invoices shall be submitted on a monthly basis for monthly service and will be paid in arrears. The NAF will not make a payment for deliverables that have not been inspected and accepted by the Contracting Officers Representative.

Supplies or services furnished under this contract shall be covered by the most favorable commercial warranties the contractor gives to any customer for such supplies or services. The contractor shall provide printed terms and conditions of such warranty and comply with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Key personnel must possess qualifications, experience, and authority necessary to oversee program delivery, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and DOD policies. Minimum required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, or three years' experience working in an adult or child learning environment.
