Removable media (USB, DVD, CD) must be scanned with antivirus software prior to connection to VA devices. Access to VA systems for software upgrades and testing is required. Electronic or magnetic data storage devices are not to be removed from VA property. Invoices must be in triplicate and include contract number, purchase order number, items covered, and service period.
