The vendor must respond to the RFQ using the attached document and send it via email to the specified addresses by the date and time noted in the combined synopsis solicitation notice. The contractor must provide a single point of contact (POC) for overall management, supervision, and detailed communications throughout the project. A 714-day notification is required prior to delivery, and a 72-hour notification prior to truck arrival. The contractor must also provide an email notification of the date and time the trucks will be arriving to the government representative. The contractor shall manage ordering, shipment, delivery, and installation of all new mattresses until final acceptance by the designated government PMs. The contractor and PMs shall verify and inspect all items to ensure that no damage has occurred to the mattresses during delivery and installation. The government PM shall inspect all work performed by the contractor. The contractor shall provide all material to protect floors, carpeted areas, walls, and carpeting from damage and soil during the moving and installation. Proper measures (protective runners, pads, etc. ) shall be provided and utilized by the contractor to protect the building stairs, stairwells, walls, floors, etc. The contractor shall establish and maintain this protection throughout the full term of the purchase order. Any damage caused by the contractor shall be the responsibility of the contractor to repair or replace immediately or as agreed upon by the PM and/or contracting office. After the installation on each floor, the contractor and government representative PM shall jointly conduct a walkthrough and annotate any new damage at the new location. Any damage caused by the contractor will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair or replace at no additional cost to the government. The contractor shall ensure that work for this project is performed in accordance with the criteria herein, and that all relevant materials, finishes, equipment, and systems shall be fully operational at the completion of work for this project. Work performance shall be deemed satisfactory and acceptable by the government when the PM declares the project satisfactory and complete. Thereafter, the contractor shall submit a voucher for payment via the wide area workflow processes. All work shall be performed during the hours of 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The contractor shall provide all commercial warranties for a period of not less than one year from the date of installation/acceptance/delivery for all issued mattresses items. All debris and rubbish resulting from this requirement shall be disposed of by the contractor off government property. Site cleanup shall occur daily. The contractor shall ensure a thorough cleaned up work site at the end of each working day prior to departing the installation. Contractor personnel shall meet minimum security requirements to gain access to the military installation. A 10-day advance notice is needed for a base access pass. The contractor shall obtain all required installation passes for contractor personnel by providing the employees full name, date of birth, driver's license/ID information and country born into the government representatives PMs identified within this document. Contractor personnel shall be able to produce personal identification when required by current force protection conditions or special instructions. Contractor personnel shall wear an identifiable outer garment (company shirt or badge) which clearly identifies a contract employee.
