The evaluation committee has concluded that the rates of Russell H. Slover, D. M. D. , P. A. is fair, and that the proposal shows an understanding of the statement of qualifications and that the offeror has enough experience to complete the contract.

Vendors are reminded that any reconsideration of this decision must be submitted to Benjamin Purser Cyndi Eubanks, Assistant Attorney General within seven 7 calendar days after the issuance of this notice or no later than 5/22/26.
