The work must be completed by March 1, 2027. As stated in the bid form: bidder shall complete the work by march 01, 2027.

Monthly invoices may be submitted for work satisfactorily completed. Per the document: contractor may submit a monthly invoice to energy northwest for approval and payment for work satisfactorily completed.

The contract is awarded to the responsible, responsive and qualified bidder with the lowest price, whose bid will be most advantageous to energy northwest, price and any other factors set forth herein considered.

Bidders must meet responsibility criteria including contractor registration, UBI number, workers compensation, and other declarations. As stated: bidder must meet the following bidder responsibility criteria to be considered a responsible bidder.

Failure to execute contract and furnish bonds within 10 days results in liquidated damages. Failure of the contractor to correct deficiencies, in a timely manner, may result in the college contracting with another firm to correct deficiencies, which may be at the contractors expense.

The prebid conference will be held on campus on October 12th, 2026, 1:00 pm EST located at **** Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia, MD **** is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged.
