Requirement for four (4) geriatric simulation mannequins and three (3) decontamination capable mannequins. Delivery is required no later than 60 days after contract award. Offerors must provide a technical description of the items offered. The submission deadline is August 10, 2026, at 14:00 EDT.
The product is requested to be delivered no later than 60 days after contract award. The delivery date for both items is 10/30/2026.
Payment will be made in accordance with the prompt payment act 31 **** and prompt payment regulations at 5 CFR part **** shall be submitted upon delivery, inspection, and acceptance.
The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
Quotations will be evaluated based on technical, history, and price. The government will issue a purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
Offerors must submit a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary.
In the event of termination for cause, the government shall not be liable to the contractor for any amount for supplies or services not accepted, and the contractor shall be liable to the government for any and all rights and remedies provided by law.
When required by the solicitation, product samples shall be submitted at or prior to the time specified for receipt of offers.
Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
