This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** 1. tBuildings: 4 ( Areas: A- F), 5A, & 5B a. tRemove: i. tExisting membrane roofing system, including insulation, down to existing, sloped concrete decks. ii. tAll metal flashings & copings b. tInstall: i. tNew 2- layers of 2. 2 insulation and 1/2 cover board to produce an R- 25 roofing system. ii. tNew crickets at drainage with 1/2 per foot slope. iii. tNew 2- ply SBS roofing membrane with foil faced flashings. iv. tNew 24 gage prefinished metal copings, metal counter flashings and edge metals. v. tNew roof drain inserts.
