All bidders are encouraged to attend a prebid conference to be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. , CST, at the Tarrant County Plaza Building, Kornfeld Conference Center, 200 Taylor Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76196. There is no opportunity for remote attendance of this meeting.

The county will issue no response to any request for clarification received within five 5 days of the proposal due date.

The vendor warrants to the owner that all equipment furnished under these specifications will be new, of good material and workmanship, and agrees to replace promptly any part or parts which by reason of defective material or workmanship shall fail under normal use, free of negligence or accident, for a minimum period of 12 months from date put in operation.
