The government POC will provide the contractor with at least fifteen (15) days advance notice of each scheduled delivery, including the specified delivery date and time. The order will consist of eleven (11) different deliveries after issuing the purchase order through December 31, 2026.

Payment terms are Net 30 days after receipt and acceptance of items.

Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter.

The government will determine quoter responsibility by analyzing whether the apparent successful quoter complies with the requirements of FAR 9. 1, including adequate financial resources, ability to comply with delivery period, satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics, necessary organization, experience, and skills, necessary equipment, facilities, and inventory, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Offerors are required to submit pictures of the quoted item.

The youth summer camp is scheduled from June ****, 2026, and the teen summer camp is scheduled from August 3-7, 2026.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer. The Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system will be used for electronic invoicing and payment requests.

The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

Offerors must have an active registration in SAM. gov. Each offeror's record in FAPIIS and SPRS will be reviewed prior to award.

The project must be completed no later than July 24, 2026.

Monthly progress payments will be made based on approved estimates. Interest will be paid on overdue payments. Final payment is due after completion and submission of all required closeout documents.

Contractor warrants that materials and equipment will be new and of good quality, and the work will be free from defects for a period of fifteen 15 months from the date of substantial completion.
