Warranty of light fixtures is a criterion for evaluation, with details to be provided in the proposal.

Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, labor cost, materials and installation cost, technical approach for LED light fixture installation, technical approach for control systems, code compliance, permit, and regulations, warranty of light fixtures, local business preference, and MFD participation.

Offerors may be required to furnish satisfactory evidence that they are qualified dealers or manufacturers of the items listed, or are regularly engaged in performing the services for which they are submitting a proposal, and that they maintain a regularly established place of business.

Any offeror who is aggrieved may file a protest within ten (10) days after the director, office of procurement, publicly posts the proposed contract award, if the offeror seeks as a remedy the award of the contract or costs.

Failure of an offeror to furnish requested information may constitute grounds for a finding of nonresponsibility of the prospective offeror. If your firm has a forfeit status from MDSDAT, the county cannot enter into a contract with your firm until this status has been rectified.
