The contract performance period will be 240 calendar days from the notice to proceed date to complete all tasks.

Offerors must be qualified, responsible, and willing to provide the items requested. If contractor fails to make prompt delivery of any item, county may purchase the item in the open market and deduct the difference between the price named in the contract and the actual cost to county.
