The award will be based on the responsible bidders whose acceptable quote is determined to be the most advantageous to the cdoc, with pricecost being the primary consideration.

Bidders must be registered with bidnet direct in order to download dq documents and provide proof of good standing with the colorado secretary of state and an insurance certificate.

The protest shall be submitted in writing within three business days after such an aggrieved person knows, or should have known, of the facts giving rise thereto.

Contact with any other cdoc personnel regarding this procurement, unless specifically authorized by the abovenamed single point of contact, may result in disqualification.

Delivery must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase orders, as stated: delivery shall be made within thirty 30 days of receipt of purchase orders by the contractor.
