The selected contractor will be required to enter into a contractual agreement, inclusive of insurance requirements, with DCHA in accordance with the standard contract services agreement. The contractor must hold all necessary, applicable professional licenses required by the state and all other regulatory agencies necessary to complete the services. The contractor must comply with HUD's Section 3 regulations. The contractor must obtain and maintain insurance coverages during the entire contract period. DCHA shall pay for services on a monthly basis net 30. The DCHA shall not be obligated to pay the contractor any amount in excess of the ceiling price. The bidder shall submit two (2) copies of an affirmative action plan (AAP) and goals and timetables (GT) compliance with equal opportunity obligations. The contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. The resulting contract is not exclusive. DCHA reserves the right to select other contractors to provide services similar to the services described in the contract during the contract period.
