The City of Birmingham is seeking proposals for the design, financing, construction, and operation of a hospitality-focused development on two city-owned parcels. The deadline for submission is October 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM Central Time. A pre-bid meeting and site visit are required on October 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM Central Time. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by October 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM Central Time. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in the RFP document. Proposals must demonstrate the qualifications of the development team, experience in similar projects, and financial viability. Proposals demonstrating financial viability and a strong capacity tomeet the projects financial obligations, including any required earnest moneyor other initial commitments, will receive favorable consideration.
