The City of Birmingham is seeking proposals for the design, financing, construction, and operation of a hospitality-focused development on two city-owned parcels. The deadline for submission is October 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM Central Time. A pre-bid meeting and site visit are required on October 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM Central Time. Proposals must demonstrate the qualifications of the development team, experience in similar projects, and financial viability. Proposals demonstrating financial viability and a strong capacity tomeet the projects financial obligations, including any required earnest moneyor other initial commitments, will receive favorable consideration.
