Bids must be received on or before Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET.

Proposals will be scored based on Project Approach/Understanding (30 points), Firm Experience and Qualifications (30 points), Project Team (30 points), and Project Schedule and Organization (10 points).

Firms must be highly qualified to develop a preliminary design, demonstrating understanding of the scope of work, relevant experience, and a capable project team.

In case of default, the county may procure goods or services from another source and hold the contractor responsible for any resulting excess costs.

There is no pre-bid conference or site inspection scheduled.

Bidders may refer to sections 267, 273, and 274 of Ordinance ****, the Georgetown County, South Carolina Purchasing Policy, for remedies concerning the competitive process.
