The City of Redding is seeking proposals for professional services related to AVEVA PI System implementation and integration. The proposal must be submitted by December 1, 2025, and a virtual prejob conference will be held on November 10, 2025. The project is expected to start immediately upon contract execution and end in December 2027. The proposal should include a cover letter, qualification statement, project proposal, references, IIPP and safety programs, insurance attestation, contract additions or exceptions, additional relevant information, and project costs in a separate sealed envelope. The city will host a virtual prejob conference to allow consultants to ask questions, clarify RFP requirements, and align their understanding with the citys existing systems and needs. The project is expected to end in December 2027.
The fee schedule shall include the following: the total expected cost of the proposed services, the breakdown of the expected cost based on: lump sum services and products such as trainings, mobilization/demobilization costs for onsite work, annual maintenance support, etc. , time and materials (TM) rates and expected hours worked for each team member, a lump sum rate sheet for services products included in the project proposal and for services products that are not included in the proposed project, but may in some eventuality become useful to the citys interest, a TM rate sheet for all team member roles that are included in the project proposal and for roles that are not included in the proposed project, but could in some eventuality become useful to the citys interests, include escalations for this rate sheet that will be valid under a contract with the city through December 2027, with options through 2028, payment terms and invoicing intervals for the proposed services. As appropriate, terms can be identified in lump sum amounts or by time and materials. Identification of the costs, or cost savings, of any additional, optional, or deviation of the services the consultant is proposing. As appropriate, a cost breakdown should be included.
The final selection of the consultant will be based on the combination of the top candidate criteria, the candidate interview, and the cost proposal.
