This is a performance work statement (PWS) for snow plowing and salting services at the US Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. The contract is for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2031. The government will provide road salt. The contractor is responsible for all labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision. The contractor must provide a project manager and onsite supervisor, and employees must comply with government regulations.
