This performance work statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for
crane services with operator support for operational test activities. The contract is a five-year blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with multiple awards, potentially with annual call orders not exceeding 49,**** per call order year. The work will be performed at Fort Bragg and surrounding federal facilities, and Pope Army Airfield. The government will coordinate directly with the
contractor for
crane availability and will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The
contractor is responsible for hiring qualified personnel with required certifications, including IWatch antiterrorism training and OPSEC training. The government will provide the quick release block and complete rigging for the test loads. The
contractor must provide serviceable
cranes, transportation for accessories, and crew safety equipment. The
contractor must provide service within a 72-hour notice and have a flexible policy that allows the government to cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour prior to show time for later time due to weather or aircraft related problems at no cost to the government. The
contractor shall report all
contractor labor hours, including subcontractor labor hours, via a secure data collection site (www. ***. *. *). Invoices shall be sent electronically via email by the 5th day after each provided service. Payment will be made by the government purchase card (GPC) up to 25,000. 00. The
contractor shall correct any billing errors within one billing cycle or within a maximum of 30 days after discovery of the error or notification of the error by the GPC cardholder COR.
