The vehicle is to be delivered turnkey. If the vehicle is in stock and ready for delivery, it will receive preference. The bid form requires indication of whether the vehicle is in stock or needs to go into production, with an estimated production date if applicable.

If a vendor fails to perform or otherwise breaches the purchase order terms and conditions, in addition to any other rights and remedies the county may have, the vendor may be listed as nonresponsible and may be ineligible for future contract awards.

A pre-bid conference and site visit are mentioned as potentially applicable, with attendance strongly recommended. However, the document states Applicable Not Applicable for this section, suggesting it may not be held for this specific RCO.

Questions must be submitted by Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Questions received after this time may not be addressed.

Failure to submit quotes according to the instructions provided within the solicitation may result in the respondent's quote not being considered for award.
