The bidder shall have relevant experience required for the performance of the services as outlined in this ifb. The minimum experience required is three 3 years.

The contractors noncompliance or failure to timely correct the deficiency may result in delayed payment or nonpayment as determined by the hhs agency.

Attendance at one site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a bidder.

Contractor must provide three 3 product samples of paint, floor and wall tiles, sinks, transition strips, vanity mirrors, toiletsurinals, toilet paper dispensers, paper towel dispensers, restroom stall partitions, soap dispensers, sanitary napkin dispenser, and toilet seat cover dispenser to the hhs representative to approve prior to installation.

The bid notice states that delivery shall be within 30 days from time of award.

The supporting documentation and invoice shall be submitted within 30 days at the end of each month.

The contractor shall provide all manufacturers warranty with products upon delivery. Warranty shall commence upon acceptance by VA representative and verification of operational functionality.
