This is a public tender for property demolition services in Longview, Texas. The city's standard payment terms are net 30, meaning payment is due in 30 days, made upon receipt and acceptance by the city of the items ordered and receipt of a valid invoice.
The successful bidder shall warrant that all items/services shall conform to the proposed specifications.

In the event the contractor does not complete the work required under this contract within fifteen (15) days after the issuance of a purchase order, unless an extension has been granted, the contractor shall be liable for and shall pay to the city as liquidated damages the sum of one percent (1%) of the total purchase order amount for each calendar day of delay.
