Deliveries are scheduled between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026, with specific dates varying by schedule. For Schedule 4, deliveries must be made between 7:30 AM and 12:00 PM. The following dates, july 115, 2026, the second delivery, another 13 of the order must be delivered between the following dates august ****, 2026, and the last 13, the remainder of the order, must be delivered between the following dates, september 15 30, 2026.

Invoices must be mailed or emailed. Only call accounting if your payment terms are not being met.

If delivery schedules are not adhered to, it will be noted as a performance issue and your delivery may be rejected if it is too early or may be reawarded if it is late.

If you have performance issues they will be considered when future awards are given.

Shipment 1 items are to be shipped within 30 days after award. For option quantities, the required delivery date is to be determined at option exercise.

Net 30 days after government acceptance of a proper invoice, which shall only be submitted after products have been delivered and accepted at the destination point. Advance payments shall not be made.

The government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable responsible quoter/offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

Quoters shall provide sufficient technical information necessary for the government to conclusively determine that the offered service/equipment meets all the technical requirements herein, including descriptive material, literature, brochures and other information corresponding to each minimum technical requirement which demonstrates the capabilities of the offered system.

Quotations that fail to complete the required representations and certifications, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. Submissions containing macros will be considered nonresponsive.

All seed shall be delivered no later than September 22, 2027. The contractor must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to the receiving officer prior to arrival. Delivery shall be completed no later than september 22, 2027.

Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the government, evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. the government will evaluate quotations based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria.

Delivery is to Columbia VAMC, 800 Hospital Dr, Columbia, MO ****, United States.

Devices must be provided new, fully functional, and covered under the manufacturer's two-year warranty.

Vendors must be an authorized distributor of the proposed system.
