Sealed proposals are solicited for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and training of a three-container live fire training structure. Proposals are due by Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The structure must comply with NFPA **** standards and include various training features. Vendors must demonstrate experience and provide detailed project information. The contract will be awarded based on a combination of factors including cost, qualifications, and performance. Liquidated damages of **** per day apply for late completion.

Proposals may be evaluated based upon compliance with specifications, vendor qualifications and experience, project timeline, warranty and support, cost effectiveness, and references and prior performance. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible, responsive bidder whose submission, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the city of kingsland price and other factors conferred, such as quality of equipment, conformity of the specifications and warranty.
Vendors shall demonstrate experience in live fire training structure fabrication, experience with NFPA-compliant training systems, references from similar completed projects, and the ability to provide ongoing service and support. Liquidated damages of **** per calendar day will be applied for late completion. Vendor shall pay owner **** for each calendar day that expires after the time specified for completion until the work or product is finalized and accepted by the city.
Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be accepted. Any proposer in default to the City of Kingsland at the time of submittal will have their proposal rejected. Any proposal received at the prescribed delivery point after the specified date and time will not be accepted.
