High performance concrete mix with additives, sealers, non- corrosive reinforcement and proper design for drainage will be used to increase the lifespan compared to standard concrete stairs using typical mix. An area in the parking lot near the door will be set aside for the contractor to provide a storage container. Dispose of the existing water fountain. Dispose of black mats. Remove the existing vct tile, glue etc. Fill 100 lf of cracks in the concrete floor. Grind out the cracks deep and wide.
