Failure to provide services may result in the district completing the work by its own means or procuring services from another entity, with the contractor obligated to reimburse the district. If the contractor fails to provide snow removal services, as specified in the contract documents for any reason, the district shall complete the work by its own means or procure the services required from another entity.
