Statements of qualifications must be received by 5:00 p. m. on Monday, December 7, 2026. six (6) written, signed copies of the consultants SOQ enclosed in a sealed envelope shall be received at the following location. . . on or before 5 p. m.

Selection is based on qualifications evaluation. the selection committee will evaluate the strength of the SOQs considering overall quality of proposal, insurance capacity, no personal or organizational conflicts of interest, and fair and reasonable price.

Consultants must have substantial experience in providing the services requested and be currently engaged in the business of professional consulting services involving civil engineering. . . for at least the past ten (10) years.

Questions must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the submission date and responses will be in the form of written addenda.

Incomplete responses, late responses, and/or responses not in compliance with the RFQ format and requirements may not be considered. Also, more than one SOQ from an individual, firm, partnership, corporation, or association. . . will not be considered.

The agreement has a not to exceed amount of 500,000 for the five-year period.

Delivery must be made within 24 hours of order placement, unless extension approved. All deliveries FOB destination, freight prepaid. the awarded vendor shall furnish all materials under the terms of these contractpurchase order specifications within twentyfour hours of placement of the order

Payment expected within 30 days of receipt of properly executed invoice. Invoices must be emailed to ***@***. *. * awarded vendor may expect payment for parts that have been delivered, verified, and accepted within 30 days of receipt of a properly executed invoice.

Award made to responsive and responsible bidder offering the highest minimum percent discount from manufacturer's list price. offers the highest minimum percent discount from the manufacturers list price.

Bids accepted only from factory authorized vendors, with letters stating vendor status required. bids will only be accepted from factory authorized vendors. . . the bidder must submit in their bid, letters stating the vendor is a factory authorized vendor.

In case of default, county may procure from other sources and charge contractor liquidated damages. in case of default of the contractor, the county may procure the articles or services from other sources and charge the contractor as liquidated damages any excess cost or damages occasioned thereby.

Samples may be requested by the county for product evaluation, at no charge to the county. samples may be requested by the county for the purpose of product evaluation. it is understood that samples will be provided at no charge to the county by the vendor.

Protests must be received no later than 5 calendar days after bid award. any protest to the division of central services consideration of any bid must be submitted in writing and received by the director of central services no later than five 5 calendar days after the bid award.

Bids may be rejected if not marked properly, submitted in pencil, or with uninitialed corrections. failure to do so may result in rejection of the bid as being unresponsive.

Work must be completed within 210 consecutive calendar days after award or notice to proceed. the date set for substantial completion for this project shall be within two hundred ten days 210 consecutive calendar days after the award of bid andor notice to proceed.

Payments are net 30 days from receipt and approval of progress payments. payment terms shall be net thirty 30 days from receipt and approval of each progress payments.

A maintenance bond is required for 12 months from final payment. the principal agrees to maintain the work completed in the contract, stated above, for a period of twelve 12 months from the date of final payment and without additional cost to the city.

The contract is awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. the contract will be awarded by the owner to the lowest responsible bidder and the lowest responsible bid shall be determined based upon the sum of the base bid and bid alternates selected.

Bidders must have been regularly engaged in this type of work for at least 5 years. the bidder has been regularly engaged in the type of work set forth in the contract documents for a period of not less than five 5 years prior to the bid date.

Liquidated damages of $1,800 per day for delay. bidder shall pay the city one thousand eight hundred dollars 1, **** for each day that expires after the time specified in this section for substantial completion.
