The period of performance is up to 10 working days with 3 days of transit that will take place during September 2026 - October 2027.

Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered, with technical capability, experience, past performance, and price being the evaluation factors, where experience, past performance and technical capability are significantly more important than price.

In order to be technically acceptable, offerors must submit sufficient documentation, demonstrating their ability to meet or exceed all requirements outlined in the statement of work.
