Proposals must be submitted electronically no later than 10:00 a. m. CST on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
NOLAPS will make payments directly to the vendor. Payments will be made for work performed or goods delivered after a purchase order is issued by the procurement department.
Proposer warrants that it will obtain an errors and omissions insurance policy providing a prudent amount of coverage for the willful or negligent acts, or omissions of any officers, employees or agents thereof.
Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose proposal is determined to be the best value to NOLAPS, considering experience, sustainable plan, work samples, local knowledge, personnel qualifications, DBE goal, and cost.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing consultation and training to school staff in supporting EL immigrant students and resources to EL immigrant families is required.
A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. CST.
Sample work may be requested as part of the proposal submission.
Any proposer who submitted a proposal and has an objection to the award of the contract must furnish that protest, in writing, to the executive director of procurement within ten (10) business days of the notification of non-award.
Failure to submit required documents, failure to acknowledge all addenda, violation of the code of silence, or submitting a proposal not conforming to the prescribed format may result in disqualification.
