The contractor shall correct the work promptly after receipt of written notice from the district to do so unless the district has previously given the contractor a written acceptance of such condition. If, within one 1 year after the date of completion of the work or a designated portion thereof, or after the date for commencement of warranties established under article 9. 9. 1, or by the terms of an applicable special warranty required by the contract documents, any of the work is found to be not in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, the contractor shall correct it promptly after receipt of written notice from the district to do so unless the district has previously given the contractor a written acceptance of such condition.

The contractor shall forfeit to the district, not more than two hundred dollars **** for each calendar day, or portion thereof, for each worker paid less than the prevailing wages rates as determined by the director of the department of industrial relations, for the work or craft in which the worker is employed for any work done under the agreement by the contractor or by any subcontractor under it. pursuant to labor code ****, the contractor shall forfeit to the district, not more thantwo hundred dollars **** for each calendar day, or portion thereof, for each worker paid less thanthe prevailing wages rates as determined by the director of the department of industrial relations, for thework or craft in which the worker is employed for any work done under the agreement by the contractoror by any subcontractor under it.

The proposal due date is February 3, 2026, at 4:00 p. m. CST, as stated in the bid notice.

The selection will also score on professional and technical completeness, per the scorecard attached to this bid, as stated in the bid notice.

In order to be considered as responsive, all proposers must answer and provide justifications for all below minimal requirements, as stated in the bid notice.

Bidders may protest the award by submitting their protest in writing to the administrator of purchasing within two calendar weeks of the award selection, as stated in the bid notice.

The bid notice states All responses should be submitted prior to 4:30 p. m. , June 30, 2025.
