The contract will include a 12-month base period, one 12-month option period, and an optional 6-month extension. The base period is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The option period is from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028. The optional 6-month extension is from April 1, 2028, to September 30, 2028.

The deadline for interested parties to submit their capability statement is no later than 12:00 p. m. Hawaiian Pacific Time (HST) on May 18, 2026.

This is a Sources Sought announcement for market research, not a solicitation. Award criterion will be determined at a later date when a solicitation is issued.

Interested firms are requested to provide a brief description of their company's business size (annual revenues and employee size), business status, and a description of similar services offered to the government and commercial industries. The capability statement shall be sufficient in detail to allow the government to determine the organization's related qualifications to perform the work.
