Bidders must comply with civil rights laws, ADA accessibility requirements, and other relevant laws. Evidence of authority to sign and submit bids must be provided. The state reserves the right to reject a proposal from a business in which any individual with an ownership interest of five percent or more has been convicted of a felony. The contractor agrees to adhere to the Copeland Anti-kickback Act, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Energy Policy and Conservation Act, anti-lobbying and debarment act, and other relevant federal statutes. The bidder certifies that the price submitted was independently arrived at without collusion.
