This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial products for MK 77 Shipping Cap Assembly. The award will be a firm fixed price purchase order. Technical drawings require ITAR certification for release. Quotes are due by July 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). First Article Testing (FAT) is required for 10 units within 60 calendar days. Production hardware delivery is 450 units within 150 calendar days after FAT approval. Quality management system requirements include ISO 9001:2015. Contractors must comply with safety manual requirements and may be subject to OPSEC and CMMC Level 2 compliance.
