The work shall be completed within the reserved dates for this project: December 5, 2026 March 7, 2027.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am on August 5, 2026, starting at the Boylston Street entry lobby of the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center located at 900 Boylston Street.

The award will be based on a Best Value determination.

The successful offeror must provide and maintain specific insurance policies, including commercial general liability, workers compensation, automobile liability, and professional liability. Failure to provide verification of workers compensation or disability benefits coverage at the time of contract execution will be grounds for disqualification.

The contract may be terminated for cause if the successful offeror has a material breach that remains uncured for more than ten days, or if the offeror becomes unable or incapable of performing. The offeror will reimburse the college for actual costs to complete services in excess of contract fees.

Disqualification may occur for failure to provide workers compensation or disability benefits coverage verification, or if the certification of noncollusion is found to be intentionally false or incomplete.
