Mold Transportation Government Bids & RFPs

Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 PM on Friday, August 14, 2026.

Proposals shall be evaluated based on: proposer's comprehension of the required work scope (25%), prior experience in similar building construction projects (20%), professional qualifications (15%), total proposed price (30%), and client references (10%).

Proposers must provide a statement of qualifications including firm history, professional staff experience, authorized personnel, experience with architectural and engineering services, and at least two references from similar projects. A completed vendor responsibility questionnaire is also required.

A pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Shaker Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Proposers interested in submitting proposals are strongly urged to attend.

The county reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities, and disregard non-conforming or non-responsive proposals. Failure to satisfy the county of the proposer's ability to perform the work may result in rejection.

All responses must be received before 3:00 PM Central Time on July 24, 2026. Delivery of snowplows must be made between 8 am and 4 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless prior approval is obtained.

Payment will be made in accordance with Government Code Chapter ****, within thirty (30) days from receipt of a correct invoice for TXDOT accepted goods or services.

Manufacturers standard warranty must apply unless otherwise stated in the solicitation. Goods and services must be of good and merchantable quality, strictly conform to contract terms, and be free from defects.

Award will be made to the respondent that provides the best value for the state, considering purchase price and whether the goods or services meet specifications. Other factors may include installation costs, life cycle costs, quality, reliability, delivery terms, probable vendor performance, training costs, agency productivity impact, administrative resources impact, and other relevant factors.

Respondents must submit a complete and comprehensive response. Failure to furnish required documentation may result in the response being deemed incomplete and nonresponsive. Vendors must also be on the Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) to receive bidding opportunities.

Default in promised delivery or service date, unless vendor has received a written extension, or failure to meet specifications authorizes TXDOT to purchase goods or services elsewhere and charge the full increase in cost and handling to the defaulting vendor.

Responses that are late, illegible, incomplete, file corrupted, flagged as a virus, or otherwise nonresponsive will not be considered. Any response sent to an email address other than ***@***. *. * will be considered nonresponsive. Failure to sign the solicitation will disqualify the response.

Proposers must be licensed firms and provide documentation ensuring no conflict of interest with any past, present and future Hollywood developer.

The contractor is required to complete the entire project under this contract ready for use on the dates negotiated by the COR and contractor.
