The bid package requires specific documents (summary, unit pricing, deviations, bonding, certification, acknowledgement of addenda, sample contract, deviations exhibit C, insurance requirements). A final cleanup is required upon completion of the work. A warranty and correction of defective work is included in the contract. The contractor must deliver a complete release of all liens or an affidavit, and if any lien remains unsatisfied, the contractor must refund all monies BTU may be compelled to pay.
