The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking qualified professional engineering firms to provide services for the Walden Heights booster station improvements and the W Grosenbacher Rd. pressure reducing valve projects. The RFQ process includes a non-mandatory pre-submittal conference on August 25, 2025, at 1:00 PM CDT, a non-mandatory site visit on September 3, 2025, by 3:00 PM CDT, and submission of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) by September 2025. Written questions are due September 10, 2025, by 3:00 PM CDT. Submissions will be evaluated in October 2025, with interviews if necessary. The SAWS board will consider and award the project in December 2025, and non-selection notices will be mailed in January 2026. The project start date is also in January 2026.
