The City of Tulsa is requesting bids for gate operators for the Parks, Culture and Recreation Department. A mandatory prebid conference is scheduled for December 8, 2025. Questions are due by December 29, 2025. Bids must be submitted by January 7, 2026. The city intends to award a one-year annual contract with the possibility of additional one-year terms. The bid requires the submission of two completed bids: one original and one copy. The bid opening will be held on the day after the due date. The bid award will go to the lowest secure bidder. The city may reject any or all bids. The seller must provide a warranty for the supplies and services. The seller must comply with all applicable laws.
