Mott Community College is seeking proposals for a public information campaign for a millage renewal. The campaign must be legally compliant and focus on providing information, not advocacy. Services include direct mail, paid digital and social media, traditional ad buys, strategic guidance, and reporting. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of experience in similar projects and adhere to Michigan campaign finance laws. Proposals are due July 28, 2026. The contract award is expected by July 31, 2026, with a campaign launch by August 6, 2026, and conclusion by November 9, 2026. The award will be based on the lowest priced, most responsive, and responsible proposal.
