The quaydock area must be leveled and a new four-inch layer of crushed rock spread over the area. The contractor must provide tonnage and weight tickets for various waste streams. The contractor must provide a summary of performance requirements (PRS) and a deliverables schedule. The government will award a firm fixed price contract.
