This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR part 13 using simplified acquisition procedures. All interested parties can express their interest and capability within 30 days (if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) or 45 days from the date of publication of this synopsis. The government is not using FAR part 12 policies for acquisition of commercial items. Interested parties must identify their interest and capability to satisfy the government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.

The tender is for **** nails, machine keys, and pins. The notice includes detailed specifications, requirements, and procedures for the manufacture, design, material, dimensions, and quality assurance of the shear pin.
