The Oregon State Lottery is soliciting offers to purchase surplus Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs). Offers must be submitted by August 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM PST. The offeror offering the highest price will be awarded a contract for the quantity described in the offer, up to the total estimated quantity available. If there are VLTs remaining after the initial contract award, the offeror offering the next highest offer will be awarded a contract for the quantity of VLTs specified in their offer, up to the total quantity of any remaining VLTs. The Lottery will continue in the same manner to award contracts for any remaining quantities of VLTs to subsequent next highest offers until either all offers have been awarded, or there are no VLTs remaining. Contract award does not provide offeror any rights to select VLTs based on aesthetics or specific subassemblies contained within the VLTs. Offers are binding and firm for a period of one year, beginning on the offer due date and time. The Lottery reserves the right to reject any offer or reject all offers received and cancel this RFO if it is in the Lottery's best interest. The contract will be substantially in the form attached to this RFO as Exhibit B. The available quantity of each VLT model is an estimate only and is subject to change. Offerors must enter the desired quantity of each VLT model to purchase, single unit price and the total offer price. The VLTs will be removed from retail sites over the next three years. This is a performance work statement (PWS) for advanced technical training. The 112th Signal Battalion SOA and Theater Special Operations Command signal detachments require advanced tactical and enterprise communications expertise. The vendor will propose a training plan and length for each course within 30 days of contract award. The 112th Signal Battalion SOA will provide training dates within 30 days of the vendor providing course length. Training will be conducted on Fort Bragg, NC or virtually. The vendor is responsible for providing project management, course preparation, workstations, training materials, labor, travel, and vouchers. Pre- and post-course assessments are required, with acceptance criteria set at a minimum of 90% of students increasing their day one pretest score on the final test. All vendor-developed tests must be validated by the 112th Signal Battalion SOA. Support will be provided until funding is exhausted. Additional responsibilities include site technology surveys, site meetings, site reviews, technical consultation, program management, and administrative support. Monthly invoice reports, monthly financial reports, and quarterly in-progress reviews (IPR) are required. Security requirements include AT Level I training within 60 calendar days of contract start, and annual training thereafter. US-based contractor personnel traveling overseas will receive government-provided AT awareness training. All contractor employees must comply with applicable security policies and procedures. Travel will be project-based and included in the vendor cost proposal. The contractor is responsible for delivering all equipment to the destination. Normal working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, within core command hours (****). There may be periods requiring weekend work, extended hours, and on-call availability for mission support. RFIs are requested.

This RFI seeks information from potential suppliers of computerized linen and scrub management equipment. Interested parties must submit responses by July 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM PST, addressing specific questions regarding capabilities, size status, authorized distributors (if applicable), compliance with regulations, lead times, estimated lifespan of solutions, leasing options, and federal supply schedule contracts. Responses will be used for planning purposes only and do not constitute a solicitation.

This is a sources sought notice, not a request for quote, from GSA seeking capability statements from contractors who can provide a press brake for the marine depot maintenance command.
