This is a performance work statement (PWS) for advanced technical
training. The 112th
Signal Battalion SOA and Theater Special Operations Command
signal detachments require advanced tactical and enterprise communications expertise. The vendor will propose a
training plan and length for each course within 30 days of contract award. The 112th
Signal Battalion SOA will provide
training dates within 30 days of the vendor providing course length.
Training will be conducted on Fort Bragg, NC or virtually. The vendor is responsible for providing project management, course preparation, workstations,
training materials, labor, travel, and vouchers. Pre- and post-course assessments are required, with acceptance criteria set at a minimum of 90% of students increasing their day one pretest score on the final test. All vendor-developed tests must be validated by the 112th
Signal Battalion SOA. Support will be provided until funding is exhausted. Additional responsibilities include site technology surveys, site meetings, site reviews, technical consultation, program management, and administrative support. Monthly invoice reports, monthly financial reports, and quarterly in-progress reviews (IPR) are required. Security requirements include AT Level I
training within 60 calendar days of contract start, and annual
training thereafter. US-based contractor personnel traveling overseas will receive government-provided AT awareness
training. All contractor employees must comply with applicable security policies and procedures. Travel will be project-based and included in the vendor cost proposal. The contractor is responsible for delivering all equipment to the destination. Normal working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, within core command hours (****). There may be periods requiring weekend work, extended hours, and on-call availability for mission support. RFIs are requested.
