Payment will be made in local currency. The government will not reimburse the contractor for VAT.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The U. S. government intends to award a contract purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

All contractor personnel providing onsite pest control service must meet local requirements in the host country for training, registration, or certification. Successful passing of vetting is one condition of receiving award.

A pre-proposal conference will be held on 22 June 2026, 11:00 AM local time at the US Consulate General Karachi. Prospective offerors/quoters should provide their access details by 17 June 2026. Only two people from each firm may participate in the pre-proposal site visit.

Following the site visit, all relevant questions must be submitted no later than 23 June 2026, 3:00 PM local time.

Incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Vendors who do not provide requested data for vetting will not be considered for contract awards.

The delivery period for the base year is from 09/15/2026 to 09/14/2027. Option periods follow sequentially.

Payment will be made in accordance with the prompt payment act 31 **** and prompt payment regulations at 5 CFR part ****.

The government will award a single purchase order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements set forth in the statement of work and provides the lowest evaluated price.

Quoters must submit their responses by 07/15/2026, no later than 5pm, MST. Prime contractors intending to subcontract must hold and provide proof of a business license issued by the state of California to provide pest control services, in addition to commercial certification by the state of California in the appropriate EPA approved state categories.

The government does not intend to conduct any site visits for this solicitation notice.

Quoters must have an active federal government contracts registration in SAM at the time of quote submission and at the time of award. Failure to provide the required California business license and state certification will result in the quote not being considered for award.

The delivery period for the base year is from 09/15/2026 to 09/14/2027. Option periods follow sequentially.

Interested contractors shall include, along with their quote package, the business license, issued by the state of California, to provide pest control services, as well as the state certification. Only contractors who possess and include these documents in their quote package will be considered for award.

Failure to submit the required California business license and state certification will result in the quote not being considered for award.
