AAATA is seeking a firm for website accessibility, SEO, QA auditing, remediation, compliance, and optimization. The contract will be for three years with three one-year option years. Proposals are due September 2, 2026. The agency requires a third-party software system for automated accessibility scanning (WCAG 2. 2), PDF/document testing, SEO insights, content quality checks, scheduled reporting, and historical tracking. Integration with development workflows, user management, customizable dashboards, and scanning restricted areas are also of interest. Contractor personnel must be available seven days a week, 7:00 am to 10:00 pm EST. Proposals must be submitted electronically via Bidnet Direct as a two-part response: technical and price proposals. Technical proposals must not contain pricing. AAATA is a governmental entity and contracts are subject to mandatory terms and conditions. All communications must be through Bidnet Direct.
