Signal Processing Government Bids & RFPs

Offerors must be registered with the DOD Joint Certification Program (JCP) and have an active CAGE code. They must also provide a certified DD Form **** and CMMC unique identifiers. The government poc will verify JCP certification and CMMC status in SPRS before authorizing the release of documents.

Deliveries are expected within 6 weeks from the date of award. Receiving hours at NSWC Dahlgren are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a. m. to 2:30 p. m. local time. Deliveries will not be accepted after 2:30 p. m. or on government holidays.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Contractors shall use WAWF to electronically submit payment requests and receiving reports. Specific document types for payment requests depend on the contract line item type (e. g. , cost voucher, invoice, progress payment request).

The contractor shall extend the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale at no additional cost to the government. The warranty period begins upon final acceptance and the offeror is to insert the number of months.

Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quotations must be submitted by authorized resellers who have provided a letter of authorization from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

Quotations that take exception to the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be rejected.

Quotations are due by 5/21/26 at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.

Award will be lowest price technically acceptable.

Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with Systems for Award Management (SAM).

Delivery is free on board (FOB) destination. Firm fixed priced (FFP) orders will be placed against this contract in writing and will provide the delivery locations, delivery dates and exact quantities.
