Conference Center Upgrades Interiors of the existing conference center at Jenny Wiley State Park are being upgraded with new finishes and other improvements throughout the public spaces. As an Alternate, the mens restroom will receive new tile floors and new acoustic ceilings. Mechanical work includes the replacement of many of the existing grilles. A new drinking fountain will replace the existing. All lighting in the public spaces will be new. A new audio- visual system includes projector, motorized screen, sound system and lighting controls.

ADA lodge rooms 109 & 201 will need motorized shades system on windows to meet ADA code. Additional specifications are included in Attachment A. Site Visit: Each contractor is encouraged to do a site visit. A site visit is available on Tuesday, 9- 15- 2026 at 9: 00 am. The site visit is optional.
