Bidders must fully complete the mandatory pricing schedule, including all costs, fees, licenses, and expenses for delivery and performance of the requested commodities or services. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 09/18/2025 at 11:00 AM CT. Responses must be submitted via the specified email address or the DPS online bid room. Bidders must provide evidence of financial resources and ability to perform, including audited financial statements for the last two years or equivalent documentation. The contract term commences on the effective date and expires one year from that date, with a possible six-month extension. DPS reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept other than the lowest priced bid, and waive minor informalities and irregularities.
