The period of performance is to be completed no later than 120 days from contract award, inclusive of site visit, finish selection, lead time, and installation.

A minimum of a 10-year warranty is required for window treatments.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, receives an acceptable rating on technical capability, and contains the lowest total evaluated price.

Offerors must demonstrate that the offered item meets or exceeds every requirement of the SOW, identify the proposed manufacturer, make, and model, and provide manufacturer technical data. CMMC Level 1 is required.

A post-award site visit is included in the 120-day period of performance.

Proposals will be rated unacceptable if they fail to demonstrate compliance with any SOW requirement, take material exception, or lack sufficient technical detail. Adverse findings in past performance and responsibility may render an offeror not responsible.

Upon issue of a Statement of Work (SOW), services should be completed within 15 calendar days but no more than 30 calendar days, unless a reasonable delay is caused by permitting.

Invoices must be submitted within 14 calendar days of completion of service. Payments are normally made within 30 days following the date an accurate invoice is received.

The warranty period for goods and/or services will be at least twelve 12 months from acceptance or delivery. Contractors' employees will have the necessary certifications and qualifications to perform services competently.

Quoters are required to have the applicable license as indicated in the service description table and must complete a quote certification form. Vendors must also ensure their employees and subcontractors are not debarred, suspended, or excluded from participating in federal health care programs.

Contractors who do not timely meet the program requirements will be removed from the program. Failure by a contractor to timely meet program requirements may result in termination of the contract.

The careoregon team will request contractors/vendors to complete a site visit in order to develop a quote based on contemplated services.

Communication in violation of restrictions may result in rejection of a quoter. Failure to comply with all requirements may result in quote rejection. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may be cause for rejection of the quote or contract termination.

The government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
