Furniture Disassembly Government Bids & RFPs

The South Coast AQMD is seeking quotes for modular furniture systems moving services at its Diamond Bar headquarters. The project includes disassembly and reassembly of approximately 140 workstations. A mandatory Zoom bidders conference will be held on December 4, 2025. Quotes are due by January 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The awarded vendor must be flexible with project scheduling. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. The contractor must ensure that all personnel assigned to this project are trained and qualified to safely reconnect power to modular furniture systems. The awarded vendor will be required to remain flexible and responsive to project scheduling needs. Performance and payment bonds are required. The South Coast AQMD will give preference, where appropriate, to vendors who certify that they will provide most favored customer status to the South Coast AQMD.

This is a request for quotation (RFQ) for labor services to support the routine movement of cartons, equipment, supplies, and furniture, and sporadic requirements to assemble and disassemble furniture and equipment among Customs and Border Protection facilities and offices in and around JFK International Airport, Jamaica, NY. The RFQ is for a firm fixed price blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with a base period plus four option years. The evaluation will be based on three factors: ability and delivery times, past performance, and price/cost. The vendor selected for award must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 302. Quotes must be submitted by email (***@***. *. *) or hand delivery to the contracting department, Bldg. 316, Holcomb Blvd, Camp Lejeune, NC ****, no larger than 10 MB, by 04:30 pm on September 19, 2025. Questions related to the request for quote (RFQ) must be received by September 16, 2025, at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The contract is for up to 1,000 man-hours of installation for a period of one year, with provisions for two 12-month option periods. All work will be performed at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, GA. The government will pack all non-furniture items prior to the contractor's arrival. The contractor is responsible for moving and staging the packed items at the new location. The government will unpack all items. The contractor must provide all necessary material handling equipment and tools. The government representative will be available to facilitate contractor site surveys, identify work areas, provide oversight, verify serviceability of items, and validate project hours. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, **** to **** hours, except for legal observed federal holidays. Potential emergencies may require extended hours as needed. Any installation services directed to occur on weekends will be paid at time and a half. Contractors' employees shall be at the work site ready to start at **** without exception, unless otherwise approved by the government representative. The period of performance for services rendered within this contract is stated below. The option periods may be exercised at the discretion of the government. Base period: 26 September 2025 - 25 September 2026. First option: 26 September 2026 - 25 September 2027. Second option: 26 September 2027 - 25 September 2028. Primary government place of performance will be MCLB Albany, Georgia. Nonfederal government and non-DOD issued ID cardholders require identity proofing and vetting to determine fitness and eligibility for access. The government will not be responsible for any contractor access delays. Delays that may result from inadequate planning are strictly the responsibility of the contractor. The government representative will serve as the administering authority for this contract, and his authority will be limited to administering specific technical aspects of the contract. The government representative will not provide direction that is outside the scope of responsibilities delineated under this contract and task orders and will defer any conditional interpretations to the contracting officer. The government representative will: maintain a detailed knowledge of the technical requirements of the contract document, contractor performance in accordance with the QASP, identify and immediately forward notifications of deficient, or noncompliant performance to the contracting officer, approve priorities of support, resources, and associated schedules. The government will have a representative available to facilitate contractor site surveys for cost estimates and identify specific work areas for personnel, provide oversight of daily work performance, verify serviceability of all items, validate project hours prior to invoice submittals, and provide other analytics/historical documentation as maybe required. Additionally, the government may provide lists and drawings, indicating the items to be deinstalled, installed, and associated locations of installment. At the time the work begins, the contractor shall designate a responsible employee to supervise work and to coordinate with the government representative. The contractor's supervisor shall be onsite during any work being done by the contractors employees. Upon completion, the government representative will conduct an inspection of all items and attachments installed.
