The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for food service for MomsFirst staff meetings and events. All bids must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * by April 16, 2025, 3:00 PM. The subject line of the email must include the document ID number and buyer's name. The bid must include a Northern Ireland affidavit and a wage theft and payroll fraud disclosure. The bid documents must include the document ID number and buyer's name in the email subject line, a PDF file of the request for bid form, terms and conditions, and the Northern Ireland affidavit. Bidders must address all questions to the buyer. The price quoted shall be F. O. B. delivered to the place designated on the purchase order. All charges for shipping must be included within the unit price for each item quote unless otherwise designated by a separate line with a specified dollar amount inclusive of all shipping charges. No freight charges will be considered nor processed for payment unless apart of the original quote submitted prior to bid award.

Sealed bids are requested for the provision of inmate commissary items. Bids must be received by 2:00 PM on May 5, 2025. Vendors must hold their price firm for 90 business days. Alternative bids are not accepted unless authorized. Vendors must be registered with the procurement division prior to submitting their bid. The county will accept electronically transmitted bids. Additional information requests should be directed to Robert Mackey. The county reserves the right to award the bid on an all-or-none, line-item, or schedule basis. The evaluation criteria are listed in the notice. Vendors must complete the bid forms contained in the bid package. The county will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the bidder in the preparation of their bid. The county requires that bids be submitted as one marked original and one exact copy. The county is requesting that bids be submitted on recycled paper, not include unnecessary advertising, and be made on both sides of each sheet of paper. Vendors must have the ability to accept payment via the ecommerce card visa. A minimum of 30 days is required to process invoices for payment. Vendors must, upon request, furnish satisfactory evidence of their ability to furnish products or services in accordance with the terms and conditions of these specifications. The condition of the commissary items must be clean and rid of any trash and odors. All commissary items must be processed immediately and shipped within seven business days to the address listed on each purchase order. Delivery must be between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. Bidders must include all destination and delivery charges in their price. Vendors must notify the procurement division of any item number changes throughout the term of the bid. Vendors must use the pricing sheet attached in section VI. Vendors must complete the pricing sheet and return with their bid. The county reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. Bidders may be required to submit samples of each brand bid. The successful bidder must deliver only products that are fresh and well within the shelf life of that product. Any subcontracting must be approved in advance by Knox County. Prospective bidders may submit questions concerning this solicitation until April 21, 2025 at 4:30 PM local time. All questions must be submitted in writing. All documents submitted on behalf of this invitation for bid shall be open to the public for viewing and inspection.
