The government will coordinate and arrange the final delivery schedule after the contract is awarded. The tentative partial delivery schedule outlines quantities and dates up to August 23, 2026.

The selection committee will consider project execution, professional staff qualifications, representative project experience, and performance, relationships, and partnerships.

Firms must be prequalified by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) for the required discipline codes and must be properly registered with the Office of the Secretary of State and the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors, if applicable.

Questions must be submitted no later than May 25th, 2026.
