Lot 1: ONLY ONLINE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS RFB. Emailed and hard copies delivered by any method WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. On this line, Bidders must enter $ 0. 00 for Contract Amount in the e- procurement system. Actual Contract Amount must be entered on " Official Bid Document" and submitted as an attachment in the e- procurement system. Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded Formed and Finish Concrete is included for Reinforced Concrete Retaining Wall Construction. Material will be transported to the offsite waste areas. This will be accounted for under Earthwork ( Plan Quantity Wall Exc. ). Earthwork Gradework ( Site Only) is included to grade above the wall and direct surface water in a northly direction and into the drainage system below. A Subdrain will be installed in front of the wall to add stability and enhance drainage in the residential areas. Once slide is abated drainage controls will be installed around the Slope and Hall residences. This includes concrete ditches ( i. e. Concrete Formed & Finished), HDPE pipes, Concrete Headwalls and Drop boxes. This will properly direct surface flow runoff from the slide area to the receiving drain next to KY 160. Hoe Ram is included to break any boulders into smaller pieces for transport to the waste area. Reinforcement Steel is included for Concrete Form and Finished, as required for proper concrete construction. A pile ( W8 x 40) and Reinformed Concrete Cap is included to prevent lateral movement of the concrete wall. The piles will be seated into bedrock. Soil and Rock drilling is included for this effort
