The bid is for remodeling two lobby restrooms. A mandatory onsite visit is required. The deadline for questions is March 3rd, 2026, and the response deadline is March 13th, 2026. The contract start date is anticipated upon award. The contractor must provide samples of various materials. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The contractor must provide a 24-hour contact.
The awarded contract will be effective on the date the contract is issued and will expire based on the schedule for delivery of services as outlined in this ifb or by the date or delivery days after receipt of order aro provided by the bidder.
Payment will be made by the hhs agency in accordance with the pricing provided on exhibit c pricing sheet.
The award will be made to the bidder whose response offers the best value to the state based on all factors considered, including price.
The bidder shall have relevant experience required for the performance of the services as outlined in this ifb. The minimum experience required is three 3 years.
The contractors noncompliance or failure to timely correct the deficiency may result in delayed payment or nonpayment as determined by the hhs agency.
Attendance at one site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a bidder.
Contractor must provide three 3 product samples of paint, floor and wall tiles, sinks, transition strips, vanity mirrors, toiletsurinals, toilet paper dispensers, paper towel dispensers, restroom stall partitions, soap dispensers, sanitary napkin dispenser, and toilet seat cover dispenser to the hhs representative to approve prior to installation.
