This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** The project consists of an RV campground renovation of the existing park campground and reconstruction of the primitive campground. The renovation will include the interior restoration of two bath houses, three picnic shelters, meeting hall and ranger stations. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing restoration to the same structures. Renovations to the campground include new waterlines and frost- free spigots, new electrical lines, three elevated electrical platforms and pedestals to each campsite, new sanitary lines and repairs. Select sites will also receive new sewer hookups. Renovations also include asphalt milling and resurfacing, new gravel roadways and primitive campsites and miscellaneous site repairs.
