Lot 1: Specifications for Weapons Storage Unit( s) for 2 rooms modular weapons storage/shelving system fixed and moveable carriages storage capacity for at least 272 long guns varying in size of 32 to 52" - long guns are of varying configurations which include but are not limited to double barreled, pump action, lever actin, bolt action, semi- automatic, assault rifles and some optics powder coated with standard paint colors back panel must be fully slotted for individual adjustability of components within the rack all individual components must be individually adjustable without moving weapons weapon rack must be slotted to store weapons with optics attached to the top, bottom, and/or side weapons must be stored vertically and laterally inside of the cabinet for optimal storage and retrival, along with inventory purposes front to back storage, inverted storage, or shared barrel sadles inside the rack is unacceptable adjustable weapons base slotted with grooves for multi- position base inserts ABS non- marring weapon holders ( pair) secure to slotted base shelf per weapon stock individually adjustable barrel saddles, ABS non- marrig include retainer cord built into barrel sadle no obstructions from removing a weapon out of the shelving including shelving posts/uprights/gussets anchor brackets to secure shelving to all and/or floor factory installed adjustable levelers for leveling shelving on uneven floors 2 full width bolted cross bars which reinforces the back panel of the shelving to minimize the sway of weight being loaded to the back panels cross bars are to be a minimum of 14 gauge folded steel with end plates of a minimum of 9 gauge steel minimum of 5 year warranty request visit from vendor for final onsite measurements as part of the bid process
