The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) is seeking to lease an abrasive blast system at Sub Base New London, CT. The system includes dust collection, vacuum recovery, a 4-pot recycle blast system, a blast recovery system, and associated components. The statement of work (SOW) details the minimum requirements for the system, including quantities, component specifications, electrical requirements, filtration, design, physical dimensions, operating and safety controls, and commissioning services. The government will provide certain materials (abrasive blast hose, electric 2-wire deadman system, vacuum hose, abrasive blast nozzles, vacuum blast head, vacuum blast brushes).
